(一)基本情况全区共有三七八个仓库点(城市七四个农村三○四个)。季初统计,全区库存粮万斤,其中安全粮(水分在十三以下)占百分之七三点三四,未安全粮(水分十三至十五)占百分之七、二,危险粮(水份在十五以上)占百分之一九点四六,全区共有储运干部三九六人,每人平均保管量,比较上年同期增加百分之一五点七。所占仓库除交通沿线部分系新建库及公房庙宇外,其余大部分是租借民房和露天保管。总之是任务大,水分大,库分散、设备差,人员少,这就是粮食保管的基本情况。
