白内障摘除术常用手术切口有角膜切口、角膜缘切口和巩膜切口〔1〕。一种理想的手术切口必须具备:组织损伤小;术后切口愈合牢固;便于缝合;术中、术后并发症少;术后角膜散光低,有利于视功能的恢复等。因此,切口的位置、大小以及缝线缝合对位等情况均可直接影响术后角膜散光〔2〕

An ideal surgical incision must have: a small tissue damage; postoperative wound healing solid; easy to suture; less postoperative complications; postoperative corneal astigmatism, is conducive to the recovery of visual function.
