基于培养学生的交际能力的交际法逐渐被越来越多的大学英语教师所接受。而英语教学大纲明确要求英语教学应着重培养学生运用英语语言进行交际的能力。因此,交际教学法自产生以来一直被外语教学界大力倡导和运用。但该教学法在大学英语教学中有其优劣。本文就实践经验阐述了交际教学法的利与弊,并就如何优化这一教学法进行了探讨。
The communicative approach based on cultivating students’ communicative competence is gradually accepted by more and more college English teachers. The English syllabus clearly requires English teaching should focus on training students to use English language ability to communicate. Therefore, the communicative teaching method has been vigorously advocated and applied by the foreign language teaching community since it came into being. However, the teaching method has its advantages and disadvantages in college English teaching. This article elaborates the pros and cons of the communicative approach based on practical experience, and discusses how to optimize this pedagogy.
