通过对2011-2013清华大学在美国授权专利和历年公开美国专利的统计与分析,本文总结了清华大学美国专利在授权专利组成、合作企业性质、历年增长速度、优势技术领域上的四个特点;同时结合国内高校美国专利和PCT国际专利申请现状,指出了国内高校普遍存在的美国专利少和PCT申请少的问题,提出借鉴清华大学成功经验,国内高校完善专利保护机制、挖掘自身科研特色、结合企业技术需求、加快布局海外专利的应对策略。
Through the statistics and analysis of Tsinghua University 's patents granted in the United States and publicly available U.S. patents over the period of 2011-2013, this paper summarizes the four characteristics of Tsinghua University' s patents in the field of the composition of the authorized patents, the nature of the cooperative enterprises, the growth rates over the years and the superior technologies. At the same time, it also pointed out the problems of fewer U.S. patents and PCT applications prevailing in domestic colleges and universities. Based on the successful experience of Tsinghua University, the domestic colleges and universities perfected the mechanism of patent protection and tapped their own research features, combined with the status quo of domestic universities in the United States and PCT international patent applications Enterprise technology needs, speed up the layout of overseas patents coping strategies.
