连续负压吸引对气胸的疗效远远超过单纯的闭式引流。许多医疗单位因没有相应的设备而不能开展这项工作。气胸病人,尤其是张力性气胸,发生突然,进展急骤,即使在住院病人中发生也往往因设备固定难以及时应用。多年来,所见气胸病人多须住院或转科。在此过程中,往住加重病情甚至引起死亡。针对上述问题,根据连续负压吸引的原理,利用胃肠减压器和引流瓶进行组装,已用于临床,疗效满意。连续负压吸引装置如图。
