早期诊断、正确处理长期腹透的并发症,对提高长期腹透存活率、改善病人生存质量至关重要。本文综述了近几年国外关于长期腹透对代谢的影响、及胸腹部并发症等方面的研究进展。
Early diagnosis, the correct treatment of long-term complications of peritoneal dialysis to improve long-term survival rate of peritoneal dialysis and improve the quality of life of patients is essential. This review summarizes the recent research progress on the effects of long-term peritoneal dialysis on metabolism and thoracoabdominal complications in foreign countries.
