高校教育是我国教育事业的重要组成部分,对于高校管理工作而言,党建工作是其中的重点项目。加强学生党支部管理,以党组织教育为着手点,通过开展创先争优活动来贯彻党建工作制度,建立一个学生党支部管理组织,主要以工学结合的模式来培养高职人才,学习、监督、考评、激励四个方面,就是现代高校四位一体化管理模式的组成部分,以提高高职学生的综合素质为目标。本文结合自身的经验和调查走访结果,基于四位一体化管理模式的内容特点,详细论述高校四位一体化大学生党建工作模式探究以及实践。

Based on the four characteristics of the integrated management model, this article discusses in detail the research and practice of the party construction mode of the four-in-one college students based on their own experience and survey results.
