中等职业学校在教授数控铣编程和操作的时候,往往讲述的是基本的编程命令和加工工艺,以书本为参照,以学生掌握简单零件的编程和基本的机床操作为主。对于如何多方面控制零件精度讲述不多或者不讲,能够加工出工件形状,主尺寸达到即可。以致于毕业后的学生对于工厂的加工不能适应,对于稍高精度零件无从下手或者难以控制。笔者针对这种情况,以多年的教学和机床操作经验,来阐述提高数控铣加工精度的方法及注意事项,希望能给同行们提供有价值的参考。
Secondary vocational schools in the teaching of CNC milling programming and operation, often tells the basic programming commands and processing technology, the book as a reference to students master the programming of simple parts and basic machine operation based. For how to control the accuracy of many parts of the talk about little or not speaking, to work out the shape of the workpiece, the main size can be achieved. So that after graduating students can not adapt to the processing of the factory, for some high-precision parts can not start or difficult to control. In response to this situation, with many years of teaching and experience in machine tool operation, I elaborate ways and precautions to improve the accuracy of CNC milling, hoping to provide valuable reference for my colleagues.
