本涂料是为了配合我厂的新产品——屏蔽型油矿电缆而研制的。现在油田采用了新的测井方法——组合测井,电缆下井一次,同时可以取得一组数据,以代替从前下井一次只能获得一个数据的测试方法。测井电缆同时有七芯绝缘,为防止各个信号之间的干扰,在聚丙烯绝缘外需加一层屏蔽层,而且耐热性要好,因为测井时油温可达150℃。国外的作法是在绝缘外挤出一层半导电胶做为屏蔽层,而我们的设备条件满足不了挤出要求(聚丙烯融化温度为160℃,硫化管内的温度为180℃左右)。所以,我们用涂敷涂料的方法以代替挤出工艺。
The coating is designed to meet the new product of our factory - shielded oil mine cable and developed. Now the field uses a new logging method - combined logging, cable down once, and can obtain a set of data, instead of once in the past can only get a data test method. Logging cable with seven core insulation at the same time, in order to prevent the interference between the various signals, the polypropylene insulation need to add a layer of shielding, and heat resistance is better, because the logging oil temperature up to 150 ℃. Foreign practice is in the insulation extruded a layer of semi-conductive plastic as a shield, and our equipment can not meet the extrusion requirements (polypropylene melt temperature of 160 ℃, vulcanization temperature of 180 ℃ or so). Therefore, we use the method of coating to replace the extrusion process.
