整流柜在长期使用以后,晶闸管的正向特性变化引起不均流,一般的解决办法就是更换管子。 我厂自1986年开始使用三相全控桥整流电解,从1991年开始,就逐渐出现不均流,个别管子导通电流特别大,造成快速熔断器RSO500V/480A熔断,严重的甚至造成保护跳闸,影响生产。 为了解决这个问题,我设计了一个电子装置,即选同一整流臂中导通电流最大的晶闸管,把整形板上的输出脉冲接入这个装置,经移相后输出到晶闸管,就能把导通电流由最大降低到平均水平,保证了设备正常运行
