在Chou-Fastman(C-F)方法基础上,提出两点新的假设,引入调节参数,编写了有关蛋白质二级结构预测的电子计算机Fortran语言计算程序,并利用该程序比较系统地考察了Cu-Zn-SOD的二级结构。结果表明,该方法预测准确率达60~80%;SOD的二级结构具有进化上的保守性和同一性。
Based on the Chou-Fastman (C-F) method, two new assumptions were proposed. By introducing adjustment parameters, Fortran language computer program for predicting protein secondary structure was compiled. The program was used to systematically investigate the effects of Cu Secondary structure of Zn-SOD. The results showed that the prediction accuracy of this method was 60-80%. The secondary structure of SOD was evolutionarily conserved and identically.
