各区、县人民政府,市府直属各单位:龙舟竞渡是我国传统民间活动。为确保这项活动的顺利进行,市委、市政府领导同志在上作了动员各单求讲话,同时发了文件要求各单位、各部门做好一九八八年端午节龙舟竞渡活动安全保卫工作。组织龙舟赛竞的单位,一般都能认真贯彻执行。但也有个别单位思想麻痹,没有认真做好安全检查工作,石井镇看台倒塌事故就是其中一例。
