作者报道13例儿童肋骨良恶性病变的CT表现,其中尤文氏肉瘤3例、良性病变10例,后者包括肋骨骨髓炎、血管瘤病、嗜酸性肉芽肿、动脉瘤样骨囊肿、神经纤维瘤病、内生软骨瘤及Jarcho-Levin氏综合征。男性8例,女性5例,年龄3个月～14岁。采用10mm层厚平扫加增强扫描。11例经活检或手术确诊。CT扫描示胸腔积液5例(尤文氏肉瘤3例,骨髓炎1例,血管瘤1例);肋骨破坏4例(尤文氏肉瘤3例,骨髓炎1例);肋骨膨胀性
The authors report CT findings of benign and malignant lesions in 13 cases of children, including 3 cases of Ewing’s sarcoma, 10 cases of benign lesions, including osteomyelitis of the ribs, angiomatosis, eosinophilic granuloma, aneurysmal bone cyst, neurofibromatosis Diseases, enchondroma and Jarcho-Levin’s syndrome. 8 males and 5 females, aged 3 months to 14 years old.
