本文比较了用显微电视系统测微血管中血球速度的双窗口法和沿血流方向逐行采样法。在后者基础上用跟随血管晃动与弯曲的自跟踪窗采样,微型计算机处理,实现红血球速度的联机检测。在放大倍数为300时,估算可测速度为±4.5mm/s。对速度校准实验作了分析并导出速度修正公式。给出了青蛙肠系膜微血管中测得的7~9次/秒的几个速度描记实例。
This article compares the dual-window method of measuring the blood velocity of capillaries in a micro-television system and the line-by-line sampling method along the direction of blood flow. On the basis of the latter, a self-tracking window followed by vessel sloshing and bending is sampled and processed by a microcomputer to achieve on-line detection of red blood cell velocity. At a magnification of 300, the estimated measurable speed is ± 4.5 mm / s. The speed calibration experiment was analyzed and the speed correction formula was derived. A few examples of velocities measured from 7 to 9 beats / second in the mesentery microvessels of the frogs are given.
