[目的]明确不同助剂对甲基二磺隆防除节节麦的增效作用及增效机制。[方法]采用室内生物测定法研究了4种助剂对甲基二磺隆防除节节麦的增效作用及助剂对药液物理性状的影响。[结果]供试的4种助剂对甲基二磺隆均有显著的增效作用,其中酯化植物油助剂增效作用最大,酯化植物油1#使甲基二磺隆13.5 g a.i./hm2对节节麦的防效提高了46.2%。酯化植物油助剂显著降低了药液的表面张力,提高其在节节麦叶片表面的持留量和扩展直径。[结论]助剂对药液物理性状的改变与其对甲基二磺隆增效作用有一定的相关性。
[Objective] The research aimed to clarify the synergistic effect and synergistic mechanism of different auxiliaries on Methanosulfuron Control and Prevention. [Method] The indoor bioassay was used to study the synergistic effect of four kinds of auxiliaries on the prevention and control of Methanolactone and the influence of the auxiliaries on the physical properties of the medicinal solution. [Result] The four kinds of auxiliaries tested showed synergistic effects on metsulfuron-methyl, of which esterified vegetable oil additives had the highest synergistic effect. Esterified vegetable oil 1 # made metsulfuron-ethyl 13.5 g ai / hm2 on the Festival wheat control effect increased by 46.2%. Esterification of vegetable oil additives significantly reduce the surface tension of the liquid to increase its retention in the nodule surface and expanded diameter. [Conclusion] The changes of the physical properties of the adjuvant are related to their synergistic effects on metsulfuron methyl.
