我院在为部队服务工件中实行了预防、医疗、保健一体化,拓宽了中心医院为部队服务的功能,加强了同部队官兵的联系。连续四次被军区和总部评为先进医院,被国家卫生部授予全国卫生文明单位,荣立集体三等功,现将我们的主要做法介绍如下。一、加强教育,树立一体化服务的新观念院党委认为,实行一体化服务,必须从加强教育,提高认识、转变观念入手。首先对全体人员进行军队宗旨教育,使大家认识到为兵服务是军队的根本职能,是军队卫生工作的特殊地位、特殊作用决定的。其次,我们在全院进行现代医学模式教育,使大家了解,军队是一个庞大的群体,要提高整体健康水平,不仅要靠卫生人员的努力,而且在很大程度上取决于广大官兵的自我保健意识和能力。医院为部队服务功能也应由被动服务型转化为主动服务型;从单纯医疗型转化为预防、医疗、保健型;医疗工作应由个体服务型转化为群体服务型;服务形式应由原来救援型转化为计划服务型。再次,进行大卫生观念教育。强调社会的发展,人类的文明进步,
