我国从50年代引进苏联的“统一计划预修制度”(ппР)已有30多年了。对苏联设备修理制度的变化是广大维修管理人员十分关心的问题。根据我们的调查,苏联的《统一计划预修制度》自从1967年出版第六版以后,到现在为止尚未出现新的由政府明文规定的修理制度。但是,在80年代一场改革正在酝酿之中。本刊将对此陆续节译系列文章,以便使读者有所借鉴。在1988年苏联出版的《机器和设备修理的经济性》一书中提出了改善苏联计划预修制度必须考虑的12个问题。
China has introduced the Soviet Union’s “plan for pre-reorganization” (“TPPF”) for more than 30 years since the 1950s. The change in the repair system for Soviet equipment is a matter of great concern for maintenance managers. According to our investigation, after the publication of the sixth edition in 1967, the Soviet Union’s “Unification Plan Pre-repair System” has not yet appeared a new government-defined repair system. However, a reform was in the making in the 1980s. This publication will gradually translate a series of articles in order to give readers some lessons. In the book “Economy of Machines and Equipment Repairs” published by the Soviet Union in 1988, the 12 questions that must be considered in order to improve Soviet planning and pre-repair systems are presented.
