采用中西医结合疗法治疗胆汁返流性胃炎 45例 ,与单用西药治疗 42例作对照。结果 :治疗组治愈 2 0例 ,显效 14例 ,有效 9例 ,无效 2例 ,总有效率为 95 .6 % ;对照组治愈 4例 ,显效 12例 ,有效 9例 ,无效 17例 ,总有效率为 5 9.5 %。两组总有效率间差异显著 (χ2 =13.6 ,P<0 .0 1)
Forty-five cases of bile reflux gastritis were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, compared with 42 cases treated with western medicine alone. Results: In the treatment group, 20 cases were cured, 14 cases were markedly effective, 9 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 95.6%. In the control group, 4 cases were cured, 12 cases markedly effective, 9 effective and 17 ineffective, The efficiency is 5 9.5%. The total effective rate between the two groups was significantly different (χ2 = 13.6, P <0.01)
