采用西医常规方法配合中药丹参粉针剂、黄芪注射液治疗慢性肺心病心力衰竭 30例 ,并与单纯西药治疗 30例作对照。结果 :治疗组显效 18例 ,有效 9例 ,无效 3例 ,总有效率为 90 .0 % ;对照组显效 10例 ,有效 11例 ,无效 9例 ,总有效率为70 .0 %。两组总有效率比较 ,差异显著 (u=2 .15 ,P<0 .0 5 )
Western medicine with conventional methods with traditional Chinese medicine Danshen injection, Astragalus injection of 30 cases of chronic pulmonary heart failure, and with Western medicine treatment of 30 cases as a control. Results: In the treatment group, 18 cases were markedly effective, 9 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 90.0%. In the control group, 10 cases were markedly effective, 11 cases were effective and 9 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 70.0%.
