结节硬化合并脑肿瘤临床少见,本文报告4例。肿瘤均位于侧脑室室间孔附近。手术是治疗本病的有效方法。肿瘤病理检查皆为巨细胞星形细胞瘤。脑室造影、CT扫描为诊断本病的主要辅助检查方法。
Nodular sclerosis combined with brain tumor is rare, this article reports 4 cases. Tumors are located in the lateral ventricle near the interventricular foramen. Surgery is an effective way to treat this disease. Tumor pathology are giant cell astrocytoma. Ventriculography, CT scan for the diagnosis of the disease of the main auxiliary examination.
