1996年5月6～7日,江苏省人民政府在南京市召开全省防汛防旱工作会议,姜永荣副省长和省委许仲林副书记都在会上作了讲话。姜副省长在讲话中首先明确了会议的主要议题是:总结我省“八五”期间防汛防旱工作经验,及早部署今年的防汛防旱工作,进一步统一认识,明确任务,加强领导,落实各项措施,确保安全渡汛,为全省国民经济发展和社会安定作出新贡献。
