伴随我国社会经济发展速度的提升和发展形式的转变,社会对人才的需求量和要求也在不断增多,这使得职业教育的社会地位也在随之不断提升。在现代社会中,人才不仅要了解专业知识、掌握和熟练的使用专业技能,还应当具有较强的个人能力,而这些能力的培养,也成为我国职业院校的重要教学内容。对此,本文以高职院校为立足点,对双创模式下,改革教学管理体系的具体建设方案进行研究。
