在教育角色上,祖辈要学会从照料型向培育型转变。祖辈在带养孙辈时,首先是要在生活起居上,像仆人一样细心周到地照顾他们,让他们吃得好、穿得舒适、睡得香、过得开心,满足他们生活的基本需求。但是孩子的成长,仅满足他们的物质需求,还远远不够。随着孩子的长大,祖辈要逐渐从一个照料者转变为一个培育者,关注他们的心理和个性,教他们学习知识技能,教他们做人的基本道理,培养他们成为一个有责任、有担当的人。
In the role of education, ancestors should learn from caregiving to nurturing transformation. When grandparents bring up their grandchildren, the first is to take care of them in their daily life as well as their servants, so that they can eat well, wear comfortable, sleep well, and have good time and meet the basic needs of their lives. However, the growth of children, only to meet their material needs, is not enough. As the children grow up, the ancestors should gradually change from a caregiver to a cultivator, pay attention to their psychology and personality, teach them to learn knowledge and skills, teach them the basic principles of being a human being, and train them to be responsible and responsible people.
