每个班级都有一部分学困生存在,他们对知识点模糊不清,在学习上缺乏积极主动性,不喜欢做练习甚至连老师留置的作业都不想做,更没有与那些成绩较好的学生一比高下的竞争意识,因此他们的成绩一般都是在原地徘徊。不少老师对此感到困惑,不知如何是好。针对这种情况,写了以下几点看法,要想把学困生转化为先进生,首先老师本人就得有必胜的信心,并以此来影响学生,然后要注意使用适当的方法:努力把课堂搞活(生动),把书上的知识讲得通俗易懂一些,若有必要的话还要给个别学生开小灶,补补火,在平常测试小考时要适当出一些较简单的题目,让学生尝一点甜头,增强他们的自信心与自尊心!
