目的了解我市先天性甲状腺功能减低症的筛查、诊断、治疗与随访的意义及存在的问题。方法对石家庄市新生儿疾病筛查中心确诊的140例CH患儿的临床资料进行回顾总结。结果新生儿疾病筛查是早期诊断甲低的最佳途径;早发现早治疗是防止智力低下的关键。结论早期诊断治疗甲低能明显改善预后,完善的专科随访,能使甲低患儿智能发育达到正常。
Objective To understand the significance and problems of screening, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up of congenital hypothyroidism in our city. Methods The clinical data of 140 CH children diagnosed in Shijiazhuang Newborns Disease Screening Center were retrospectively reviewed. Results Neonatal disease screening is the best way to diagnose hypothyroidism early. Early detection and early treatment is the key to prevent mental retardation. Conclusion Early diagnosis and treatment of hypothyroidism can significantly improve the prognosis, improve the specialist follow-up, can make children with hypothyroidism reached normal intelligence development.
