随着我国市场经济制度的不断完善,企业之间的竞争也变得愈演愈烈,特别是在人才的竞争当中尤为明显。国有企业作为市场经济发展的支柱,如何发挥国有企业知识型员工的积极作用是企业发展中面临的关键问题。因此,本文重点探究如何做好国有企业知识型员工的激励工作,旨在吸引、留住知识型人才,激发其创作力,从而提高国有企业的竞争力。
With the constant improvement of the market economy system in our country, the competition among enterprises has become more and more intense, especially in the competition among talents. As the pillar of the development of market economy, how to give full play to the active role of state-owned knowledge workers in the development of state-owned enterprises is the key issue facing the development of the enterprise. Therefore, this article focuses on how to do well the motivation of knowledge workers in state-owned enterprises in order to attract and retain knowledge-based talents and stimulate their creative power so as to enhance the competitiveness of state-owned enterprises.
