炎症与肿瘤转移的相关性研究备受关注,已取得一系列的初步成果,如versican-TLR2-TNFα通路、RANKL-RANK-IKKα-Maspin通路等,极大地转变了目前的肿瘤治疗思路。传统的单纯针对肿瘤细胞的治疗方案越来越局限,针对肿瘤微环境的化疗药物的研发趋于深入,尤其是针对参与转移且与肿瘤发生发展密切相关的炎症细胞的相关研究越来越多。因此,本文就炎症和肿瘤转移的最新研究进展作一综述。
The association between inflammation and tumor metastasis has attracted much attention. A series of preliminary results have been obtained, such as the versican-TLR2-TNFα pathway and the RANKL-RANK-IKKα-Maspin pathway, which greatly changed the current thinking of cancer therapy. The traditional treatment of tumor cells is more and more limited. The research and development of chemotherapeutic drugs targeting tumor microenvironment tend to be more and more intensive, especially for inflammatory cells that are involved in metastasis and are closely related to tumorigenesis. Therefore, this article reviews the recent advances in inflammation and tumor metastasis.
