莫斯科当地时间2008年5月9日上午十时许,“乌拉”声响彻红场。俄罗斯政府在莫斯科红场举行了纪念卫国战争胜利63周年的盛大阅兵式。红场阅兵是前苏联展示其军事实力的一个重要窗口,苏联解体后一度中断,直到1996年才正式恢复,但阅兵仅限徒步方阵,军事装备却鲜见。而今年的阅兵有所不同,俄武装力量重型武器装备重返红场,引起了世界的广泛关注。
Moscow local time on May 9, 2008 at ten o’clock in the morning, “Ula ” sounded red carpet. The Russian government held a grand parade at the Red Square in Moscow commemorating the 63rd anniversary of the victory of the Patriotic war. The Red Army parade was an important window displayed by the former Soviet Union on its military strength. After the disintegration of the Soviet Union, the Soviet Union was suspended and it was not officially restored until 1996. However, the military parade was rarely seen on military parades.
