【中国】南水北调工程我国水资源时空分布不均。从时间分配上来看,夏秋季节多,冬春季节少;从空间分布上来看,东部多西部少,南方多北方少。秦岭——淮河是我国南方丰水区和北方缺水区的一条重要分界线,也是我国湿润区与半湿润区的分界线。从我国各大江河径流量来看,长江、珠江、黑龙江水资源总量较丰富,而黄河、淮河、海河、滦河、辽河径流量较少,水资源十分紧张。再加上近几十年来人口的增长,工农业的发展和城市化进程的加快,更加剧了北方水资源紧缺的程度。此外,我国水资源综合利用率也较低,浪费和污染都相当严
