建立了微束等离子弧有限元模型,利用ANSYS软件对微束等离子弧的流场分布进行了数值模拟分析。结果表明,在计算时间内,从不稳定到稳定的过渡阶段,电弧纵向流场的最大流速不断地增加,最大流速出现在喷嘴附近。阴极附近与阳极附近的微束等离子弧焊电弧横端面的等离子体流向相反。
The micro-beam plasma arc finite element model was established, and the flow field distribution of the micro-plasma arc was simulated by ANSYS software. The results show that the maximal flow velocity in the longitudinal flow field increases continuously and the maximum velocity appears near the nozzle during the calculation period from unstable to stable transitional phase. The plasma flow near the cathodes is opposite to that of the micro-plasma arc welding near the anode.
