肾小管性酸中毒(Renal tubular acidosis)是以肾小管酸化功能降低为主的综合征。原发型的病因与遗传因素有关,继发型可由多种疾病引起。白血病损害肾小管功能的病例,国外文献有少数报告。国内尚未见报告。1983年7月我院收治一例
