一、发挥教师的主导作用,确立学生的主体地位主导的含义是“引导事物向某个方面发展”。很多教育者对教师的主导作用都有着错误的认识,他们认为教师滔滔不绝地讲,学生安安静静的听;教师连续提问,学生胸有成竹的回答,就是发挥了主导作用。教师主导作用是扮演好一个指导者、组织者和激励者的角色,引导学生独立解决问题。教师要坚持“以学生为本”的原则,使学生充分发挥主观能动性。学生的学习主动性和努力程度往往是其学习效果
