目的调查某院儿童侵袭性肺炎链球菌血清型分布情况,为肺炎链球菌感染的预防和临床合理治疗提供参考。方法收集2013年7月~2015年6月某院因侵袭性肺炎就诊的患儿分离的肺炎链球菌243株,采用荚膜肿胀试验进行血清型分型。结果 3 066例患儿中分离出肺炎链球菌243株,分离率为7.9%。临床特征显示,侵袭性肺炎链球菌病发病以2岁以下为主,占72.0%;有5个菌株未能分型,其余菌株可分成6个血清型,主要的流行血清型为19F、23F、6B、4、14和19A,7价疫苗覆盖率为92.2%,13价疫苗覆盖率为97.7%。结论某院侵袭性肺炎链球菌临床分离株以19F、23F、6B、4、14和19A常见,7价疫苗覆盖率高,预防感染应选用7价疫苗。
Objective To investigate the distribution of serotypes of invasive Streptococcus pneumoniae in a hospital for providing reference for the prevention and clinical rational treatment of Streptococcus pneumoniae infection. Methods Totally 243 Streptococcus pneumoniae isolated from children with invasive pneumonia in our hospital from July 2013 to June 2015 were enrolled in this study. Serum typing was performed by capsular swelling test. Results 243 out of 3 066 children were isolated from Streptococcus pneumoniae, the isolation rate was 7.9%. The clinical features showed that the incidence of invasive pneumococcal disease was less than 2 years old, accounting for 72.0%; 5 strains failed to type, the remaining strains were divided into 6 serotypes, the major epidemic serotypes were 19F, 23F, 6B, 4, 14 and 19A. The coverage of the 7-valent vaccine was 92.2% and the coverage of the 13-valent vaccine was 97.7%. Conclusion The clinical isolates of Invasive Streptococcus pneumoniae in a hospital are common at 19F, 23F, 6B, 4, 14 and 19A. The coverage of 7-valent vaccine is high, and the 7-valent vaccine should be used to prevent infection.
