目的 通过开展GB 2758-2012《食品安全国家标准发酵酒及其配制酒》跟踪评价,了解其实施情况并进行分析和研究,提出《标准》修订建议.方法 采用问卷调查方式将调查数据用SPSS 16.0进行描述性分析和检验.结果 调查对象对是否有必要发布配套的标准问答(x2=47.107,P<0.01)差异有统计学意义,被调查企业在软件和硬件投入比例的差异有统计学意义(x2=68.367,P<0.01),调查对象对《标准》的知晓率(Fisher确切概率法,得P≈1.000)、整体满意度评分(Hc=3.476,P=0.324)、整体可操作性评分(Hc =4.713,P=0.194)、内容设置整体合理性评分(Hc =4.713,P=0.194)均较高,且差异均无统计学意义.结论 GB 2758-2012《食品安全国家标准发酵酒及其配制酒》整体合理程度较高,为更好理解,需要出台配套问答;同时应加大对监管部门、检验人员的培训力度.“,”Objective Through the GB 2758-2012 “food safety national standard fermented wine and its preparation of wine” follow-up evaluation,to understand its implementation and analysis and research,proposed “standard” revised proposal.Methods The survey data were analyzed and tested by SPSS 16.0 in a questionnaire survey.Results It is necessary to issue a matching question and answer(x2 =47.107,P <0.01),and the difference was statistically significant.The difference was statistically significant.The difference in the proportion of software and hardware investment in the surveyed enterprises was statistically significant(x2 =68.367,P <0.01).The awareness rate of the “object” (Fisher exact probability method,P≈1.000).Overall satisfaction score(Hc =3.476,P =0.324),the overall operability score(Hc =4.713,P =0.194),the overall setting of the rationality score (Hc =4.713,P =0.194)were higher,and the difference Were not statistically significant.Conclusion GB 2758-2012 “Food safety national standard fermented wine and its preparation of wine” overall reasonable level,in order to better understand the need to introduce supporting questions and answers;at the same time should increase the supervision and inspection personnel training.
