四川省金属学会第四次会员代表大会于1990年7月25日至27日在成都学会科技活动中心和省冶金厅招待所召开。出席代表大会的有我会52个基层组织的155名代表。其中具有高级技术职称的代表121人,占出席大会代表的78.1％。因公因事不能出席会议而委托其他代表的有70人。两者共225人。占选出“四代会”代表总数254名的88.6％。出席会议的还有省科协、省冶金厅的领导同
The fourth member congress of Sichuan Metal Society was held in Chengdu Institute of Science and Technology Activity Center and Provincial Metallurgical Yuan Guest House from July 25 to July 1990. There are 155 representatives of 52 grassroots organizations that I attend at the congress. Among them, 121 have senior technical titles, accounting for 78.1% of the delegates attending the conference. There were 70 delegates to other delegates who were unable to attend due to business reasons. Both a total of 225 people. They accounted for 88.6% of the total 254 selected representatives of the “four generations of congresses.” Attend the meeting as well as the Provincial Association for Science and Technology, Provincial Metallurgical Office with the leadership
