自1989年6月以来,我们应用人胎胸腺素(THN)和神经生长困子(NGF)治疗腮腺炎并发脑膜脑炎5例,疗效显著,现报告如下。 材料与方法 5例患者中男3例,女2例;年龄3～10岁,平均6.5岁。除高热、腮腺肿大外,其脑膜脑炎表现分别为:昏迷1例,嗜睡4例,头痛呕吐5例,脑膜刺激征4例,一侧轻度偏瘫2例,脑电图弥漫性异常5例。3例作脑脊液检查,其中压力升高2例,白细胞增高3例,蛋白增高1例。2例作头颅CT扫描均正常。
Since June 1989, we applied human fetal thymosin (THN) and nerve growth factor (NGF) treatment of mumps in 5 cases of meningoencephalitis, the effect is significant, are as follows. Materials and Methods 5 patients in 3 males and 2 females; aged 3 to 10 years, mean 6.5 years. In addition to fever, parotid gland enlargement, the performance of meningoencephalitis were: coma in 1 case, drowsiness in 4 cases, headache and vomiting in 5 cases, 4 cases of meningeal irritation, mild hemiplegia in 2 cases, diffuse EEG 5 example. 3 cases of cerebrospinal fluid examination, including 2 cases of elevated pressure, leukocytosis in 3 cases, 1 case of protein increased. 2 cases of cranial CT scan were normal.
