从1月15日起,限制外国劳务人员在俄罗斯从事零售业务法令在俄正式生效。这项由俄联邦政府总理签署的命令规定:从2007年1月15日起,不允许外国人在俄从事酒类(包括啤酒)、医药类商品的零售;从2007年1月15日至4月1日,外国人在俄市场内从事零售业和在商店之外从事其他零售经营者要减少到40%,从2007年4月1日至12月1日要减少到零。
