随着时代的不断发展,教育的不断完善,受学校、家庭以及学生自身的影响,学生之间的差异化逐渐体现出来了。在小学教学中,如何转化学困生一直是学校和教师十分重视的话题。因此,将对小学学困生的形成原因进行分析,并从班主任的角度,对转化学困生的具体措施进行探讨。
