Ancient China attaches great importance to nutrition medicine. As early as the Western Zhou Dynasty, medicine was divided into four subjects: ready-to-eat medicine, medical doctor, ulcer doctor and veterinarian. Which impressively listed in the first doctor is a nutritionist. According to the “Zhou Li Guan official” records: “food palm and the king of six food, six drinks, six meals, hundred shame (馐), one hundred sauce, Bazhen Qi (agent).” Visible food doctor is full-time Nutrition doctor. To the Tang Dynasty, there have been some books on diet, such as Meng Yi’s “Herbal Medicine,” 昝
