对北京市卫生局所属的 1 6所医院的 2 6名住院医师进行临床技能考核 ,来自三级甲等医院的考生 1 1名 ,平均分 81 45;来自非三级甲等医院的考生 1 5名 ,平均分为 68 0 7;两者具有显著性差异 ( <0 0 5)。从考核结果来看 ,三级甲等医院考生的成绩明显高于非三级甲等医院的考生 (P <0 0 5)。这种现象提示现行的住院医师培训和考核方式有待改进。
A total of 26 resident physicians from 16 hospitals under the Beijing Municipal Health Bureau were assessed for clinical skills. 11 candidates from Grade III A hospitals averaged 81 45; candidates from non-third grade A hospitals 1 5 The average was divided into 68 0 7; there was a significant difference between the two (< 0 0 5). Judging from the results of the assessment, the results of candidates in Grade III A hospitals were significantly higher than those in non-Grade A hospitals (P < 0.05). This phenomenon suggests that the current resident training and assessment methods need to be improved.
