目的:探讨参麦液对离体氧反常心脏的影响。方法:随机将SD大鼠分成4组,分别予以富氧、乏氧、异搏定和参麦液灌流,记录心肌收缩力与心电曲线,测量冠脉流量与心肌内丙二醛含量。结果:参麦液组灌注能有效恢复受损心肌收缩力(P<001)和丙二醛含量(P<005),不能降低心律失常发生率。结论:应用参麦液作为正性肌力药物时应注意再灌注心律失常的发生
Objective: To investigate the effect of Shenmaiye on isolated oxygen abnormal heart. METHODS: Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 4 groups and were given oxygen-enriched, hypoxia, Verapamil and Shenmaiye perfusion respectively. The myocardial contractility and ECG curves were recorded. The coronary flow and myocardial MDA content were measured. RESULTS: Infusion of Shenmaiye could effectively restore the contractile force (P<001) and malondialdehyde content (P<005) of the damaged myocardium and could not reduce the incidence of arrhythmia. Conclusion: It is important to pay attention to the occurrence of reperfusion arrhythmia when using Shenmai liquid as a positive inotrope drug.
