在医院管理中,档案管理具有重要的作用。在新医改背景下,做好档案管理工作,将档案资源的作用发挥最大的价值,使其能够在一定程度上提高医院管理的整体水平。但是,目前我国医院在实际管理中,档案管理工作依然存在一些问题。因此,本文将针对在新医改背景下,探究医院档案管理的改进方法,使其能够有效解决存在的问题,使医院能够有更好的发展。
In hospital management, file management has an important role. In the context of new medical reform, do a good job archives management, the role of archival resources to maximize the value of making it to a certain extent, improve the overall level of hospital management.
