This is the first report of a case of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) M_2 that contains a balanced translocation of homolog 3. Patient, black male, 44 years old. Due to low-grade fever, fatigue, slow wound healing and purulent skin infection hospitalized a month. Physical examination: hand and forearm visible small purulent rash, left axillary lymph nodes 2 × 3cm, splenomegaly to the left rib cage 2cm.
