姜大明省长签署第203号山东省人民政府令,发布《山东省渡运管理办法》。《办法》自2008年5月1日起施行。1994年12月20日山东省人民政府发布、2004年7月15日山东省人民政府修订的《山东省渡口管理办法》同时废止。在我省行政区域内的沿海、内河设置或者撤销渡口和利用渡船、浮桥以及其他设施从事经营性运输活动的,应当遵守该办法。依法纳入港口管理的渡运码头,不适用该办法。
Governor Jiang Daming signed No. 203 Shandong Provincial People’s Government Order, promulgated the “Shandong Province ferry transport management approach.” “Measures” from May 1, 2008 shall come into force. On December 20, 1994, Shandong Provincial People’s Government promulgated the “Administrative Measures on Ferry Crossing in Shandong Province” as revised by the Shandong Provincial People’s Government on July 15, 2004 and abolished it at the same time. In the administrative area of our province’s coastal, inland river or set aside the ferry and the use of ferries, pontoons and other facilities for operational transport activities, should comply with the approach. This approach is not applicable to the port-operated ferry terminals that are legally incorporated.
