因工作关系,我曾赴俄罗斯、缅甸、越南、老挝和印度等国军队学习和参观,外军的军营文化建设令我颇有感触。2008年3月我去俄罗斯联邦总参军事学院留学。5个月的时间里,俄罗斯军队给我的印象是“三多”。一是博物馆多:关于战争、兵器、航天、战例、名将的大厅多。二是雕塑多:元帅、将军、士兵、英雄,甚至为俄罗斯做出贡献的普通人,这些英雄的雕塑往往就是~座城市的标志。三是纪念日多:“5·9”卫国战争胜利日,校庆,陆、海、空、火箭兵、空降兵各军兵种都
Due to my working relationship, I went to study and visit the armed forces in Russia, Myanmar, Vietnam, Laos and India. The foreign military’s camp culture makes me feel quite touched. March 2008 I went to study in the Military Academy of the General Staff of the Russian Federation. Five months time, the Russian army gave me the impression that “more than three ”. First, many museums: on the war, weapons, space, war, famous hall and more. Second, many sculptures: marshal, general, soldier, hero, and even ordinary people who make contributions to Russia. The sculpture of these heroes is often the hallmark of the city.
