介绍了我国天然气资源、生产、利用、管网及气价等方面的基本情况,并就如何加快发展我国天然气工业提出了若干对策建议:1.加大投资力度,增加探明储量;2.规范政府行为,改革天然气工业的管理体制;3.建立天然气储量市场;4.完善“天然气上下游一体化”综合开发政策;5.认真研究天然气价格,制订合理的价格体系;6.加大科技含量,扩大对外合作;7.完善天然气法规及实施办法。
Introduced the basic situation of natural gas resources, production, utilization, pipe network and gas price in our country, and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to speed up the development of China’s natural gas industry: 1.Improve investment and increase proved reserves; 2.Regulate Government behavior, the reform of the natural gas industry management system; 3. To establish a market for natural gas reserves; 4. To improve the “natural gas upstream and downstream integration” policy; 5. Serious study of natural gas prices, to develop a reasonable price system; , Expand foreign cooperation; 7. perfect gas regulations and implementation measures.
