2004年第46号经国务院批准,《中华人民共和国进出口税则》的税目、税率自2005年1月1日起进行调整(调整后的2005年版《中华人民共和国进出口税则》将通过中国财政经济出版社出版发布)。现将有关调整情况公告如下: 一、关于税则税目 2005年税则税目增列税目77个,删除2个,修改商品名称4个(详见附件一)。调整后的税则税目总数由2004年的7475个增加到7550个。二、关于进口关税
