因为父母是小学农村教师,所以我从小就生活在农村的学校里,对学校有一种天然的亲近感。父亲对我的影响很大,他曾就读于南京晓庄师范教管专业,在许多小学工作过,即使是条件非常艰苦的农村小学,他也能把工作干得有声有色。父亲的一生都在学校里度过,直到63岁才退休,退休后仍在老年大学做校务管理方面的工作。父亲时常说:“一个人呐,精神很重要。学校领导如果有强烈的事业心,真正想抓,会抓,一个再落后的学校也会变成一个先进学校的。想抓,校领导本身要以身作则,作风正派,这样才能服众;会抓,就是要千方百计调动大家的工作积极性
Because my parents were rural primary school teachers, I grew up in a rural school and had a natural affinity for school. My father had a great influence on me. After studying at the Xiaozhuang Normal School in Nanjing, he had worked in many primary schools and was able to do a good job in even a very difficult elementary school in rural areas. My father spent all his life in school until his retirement at the age of 63, after retirement, he still managed to do school affairs at an elderly university.
