A large number of viruses after human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection colonize follicular dendritic cells (FDCs) in secondary lymphoid tissues. HIV on FDC exists as an immune complex, some of which are made up of neutralizing antibodies. The authors investigated whether HIV on the FDC is contagious. The study is divided into four parts: ① with hair growth center in vitro model test FDC capture
