探索具有鲜明高职教育特色的人才培养模式,缩小学校人才培养与社会实际需求之间的差距,努力培养适应社会要求的高职业技能型和高技术应用型人才,是职业教育改革的目标。本文在总结巴音学院机电学院实施一体化教学中在课程设置、师资队伍建设和教学过程基础上,努力探索具有鲜明高职特色的“教学做一体化”教学模式。
It is the goal of vocational education reform to explore a talent cultivation model with distinct characteristics of higher vocational education, to narrow the gap between school personnel training and actual social needs, and to cultivate highly skilled and high-tech talents who meet the social requirements. This article summarizes the integrated teaching of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of Bayan College on the basis of curriculum setup, construction of teaching staff and teaching process, and tries hard to explore the teaching mode of “teaching integration” with distinct characteristics of higher vocational education.
